The governance of ICT Innovation
Vouchers must comply with all
appropriate national and EU laws.
Governance respons i b i l i t ies of
businesses and suppliers must be
clearly defined in the terms and
conditions of the scheme.
All approval of vouchers and service
supply agreements must comply with
national contract law.
Governance processes should require
voucher recipients and service
suppliers to record and report on the
voucher value, work contracted,
contract terms, time, cost, deliverables
and quality of the final service
delivered.
