Voucher Funding
ICT Innovation Vouchers are managed and funded using
existing structural fund mechanisms.

The ICT Innovation voucher will be
funded through the EU Structural
Funds (ERDF). Local authorities deliver
vouchers to businesses who have been
approved for a voucher.
The business then contracts EU
registered ICT knowledge/service
suppliers to deliver eligible ICT services
Depending on the local implementation
rules, either the business or the ICT
s e r v i c e p r o v i d e r w i l l s e e k
reimbursement of the voucher from the
administrator.
Businesses must be eligible to receive
grant funding under EC de minimis
state aid regulations. There is an upper
limit of €200k for all de minimis state
aid provided to any one business over
a three-year period.
