Eligible Suppliers
Any EU registered supplier can provide appropriate
services in support of the ICT Innovation Vouchers
Supplier Eligibility
 A business registered in the EU
 There are no headcount limitations
 There are no revenue limitations
 There are no geographic limitations
 Must have appropriate skills
 Must have the delivery capacity
 May be pre approved by a Region
 Can be contracted by businesses
 Can complete projects in 12 months
Any EU registered supplier can provide
appropriate services to businesses who
have been approved for a voucher.
Service suppliers have to have the
appropriate skills and delivery capacity
to support the businesses who contract
them.
Regions can create a list of approved
or preferred suppliers. This usually
involves a regional approval process
that must be compliant to national and
EU competition regulations.
Such a list helps ensure that
businesses have less work to do when
they are choosing a service supplier.
It can also provide a greater level of
governance and auditability of the
quality of service supplied in a region.
