ICT Innovation Vouchers may not be suitable for every
applicant. Inform them of alternative funding mechanisms

 Cooperate with other schemes
 Try to reuse their processes
 Cross link to alternative schemes
 Provide a description of each
 Promote them to failed applicants
 Provide a link to scheme sites
 Put the links on the Voucher site
 Document alternatives notified
The ICT Innovation Vouchers are
designed to fund ICT improvements in
micro enterprises and SMEs.
Some applications may not be eligible
for funding as they are not ICT related.
Many other funding and grant support
schemes exist for busiensses. These
should be made known to those who
submit applications that cannot be
funded.
The easiest way to provide this
information is through links on the
regions ICT Innovation Voucher site.
Another very effective way is to include
such information in the reply letter that
informs ineligible applications that an
ICT innovation Voucher is not
appropriate to their needs.
