A simple application process and rapid approvals are very
effective in driving voucher uptake by SMEs.

Complicated application and approval

Applications forms should ideally be
less than 4 pages long. They should be
available online as well as in hard copy.
Onl ine forms have the added
advantage of allowing data and
information to be quickly integrated to
analysis and governance systems.

Approvals and non approvals should
ideally be notified within 10 work days
of the date of the applications
submission.
