Funding Process Detail
Notes The voucher value does not cover the
VAT that is charged on the services provided by
the supplier to the business. This must be paid
by the business to the supplier as for any
services. Voucher payment s must be made
within EU time guidelines.
Scenarios The example above is one where the business is responsible for applying for the voucher and
contracting services from an approved supplier. The approved supplier is responsible for providing the service
required, reporting on to the administrator on the final deliverable when they request payment of the vouchers
face value. Regions may adopt alternative payment flows. One of these can be making the final payment directly
to the applicant business who then pays the supplier.
