Who are Vouchers for?
ICT Innovation Vouchers support the improvement of
ICT use and innovation in micro enterprises and SMEs.
ICT Innovation Vouchers support:
1) Established EU micro enterprises,
SMEs located in the regions where the
voucher scheme is made available.
These can include:
 No / Low ICT businesses seeking
to introduce ICT or improve their
existing ICT capabilities
 Medium ICT businesses who
want to innovate or improve ICT
related processes, Products or
Services by using training, ICT
tools or web technologies.
 High ICT businesses who want to
innovate by using advanced
training, leading edge ICT tools or
web technologies
2) Established EU ICT knowledge and
service providers (Companies or public
bodies) who deliver approved services
to businesses at a competitive price.
These businesses usually apply for
vouchers to develop courses or
services that are then supplied to
groups of micro enterprises and
SMEs .
They can also include business groups
that supply shared services for entire
regions, sectors or business types.
